Under the swards and headed by drums and
flutes, Najla Elias Ataya held her father's arm and the arm of
the man who in hours would be her father in law and went out of
her childhood house…
With "zaghareed" and flowers and "eweeha", Najla left with a
tear in her eye to the road where the "sayf w tirs" was waiting
for her to lead her to the white car that would drive her to "Sayidat
Broumana" church in Broumana where Roger Nadim Abou Jawdeh, her
future husband was waiting for her arrival with passionate
excitement…
It was the 18th of August 2008, when both of them enlightened a
candle at the entrance of the church and continued their way to
the temple where they said the "eternal yes"…
After the ceremony, family and friends joined the newly weds to
"Kasr el Delb" restaurant in Bikfaya to celebrate and share them
their joy…
